  • AWWA C504 Compliant – Full compliance with AWWA C504 Standard for Rubber-Seated Butterfly Valves. Designed, manufactured, and tested to the strictest North American waterworks requirements.
  • Concentric Design – The disc rotates on the centerline of the valve bore, providing 360-degree uniform contact with the rubber seat. This results in lower operating torque, consistent sealing, and predictable performance across the full pressure range.
  • Vulcanized EPDM Seat – The rubber lining is chemically and mechanically bonded to the ductile iron body through high-temperature vulcanization. The bonded seat cannot shift, extrude, or blow out under pressure – providing maintenance-free bubble-tight shut-off for decades.
  • ISO 5211  – Standardized mounting interface allows direct installation of pneumatic or electric actuators for automation upgrades.
  • 100% Tested – Every valve undergoes hydrostatic shell test at 1.1x rated pressure and seat leakage test per API 598 / AWWA C504.
